My hope is to give each person I meet the best chance to decide for themselves what is true about faith, Christianity, and the reality of a Living God who wants to be involved in their lives and son His one and only son to make that possible.
I believe that a spiritual decline started happening in the United States about 60 years ago, when the true message of Christianity was not emphasized and taught and when what was left was a lot of religious institutions that emphasized traditions without putting the proper balance on personal understanding and faith. Whenever that happens, you end up with a tradition without purpose and people will eventually say “why am I doing this?”
My goal is to provide a format with which people can better understand the essence and core values of belief so they can make their own informed decision.
There are three things I would encourage you to do:
- Read the Bible in the Gospel of John and begin learning about the life and teaching of Jesus Christ.
- Join a church that teaches the Bible (I can make some suggestions to you here) and that the Bible is the Word of God, the message of God to man.
- Discuss personal faith with other Christians. Go to a Bible study where you can spend some time reviewing what the Bible teaches with other friends.
